Join us in this four-week master class to learn your unique strengths and discover how they can be leveraged to succeed at work and in life.

Session Specific Descriptions

1. You will walk away from this session not only knowing what your strengths are but also experiencing Gallup’s time-tested method for leveraging your strengths now and into the future.
2. In this session, you will clarify what you do best as well as see how your strengths combine and uniquely empower you to build relationships, network effectively, lead authentically, collaborate intentionally, and accomplish your most important tasks.
3. Building on the two previous sessions, you will walk away from this session knowing the unique needs of your strengths as well as being able to articulate how your distinctive strengths uniquely enable you to fulfill your most important responsibilities and empower you to best contribute to any team.
4. Culminating all four sessions, walk away from this final engagement with crystal clear clarity on your most important strengths insights as well as a clear roadmap for how to continue developing and applying your strengths where it matters most.
